CRM Migration
The situation
The client was migrating to a new CRM and struggling to move data across from the old system. As the go-live date approached, it became clear the existing migration approach wouldn’t get them there in time. Without intervention, the launch would slip.
The opportunity
If the data could be moved quickly and reliably, the CRM launch could stay on track. The problem wasn’t the volume of data, it was the lack of a flexible way to extract, clean, and reload it under pressure.
How we made it happen
We built a lightweight Python script to take control of the migration. It extracted data from the old CRM, cleaned and transformed it, then loaded it into the new system via its API.
Because the process was scripted, we could iterate quickly. Issues were fixed, mappings adjusted, and data reloaded without slowing the project down.
