The situation
The client relied heavily on reporting, but their existing reports were overly detailed and slow to produce. At the same time, they were preparing to migrate to a new club management system and needed reporting that would continue to work through the transition.

To create a reporting system that was faster and easier to consume.
How we made it happen
We converted the client’s existing Excel and PowerPoint reports into a streamlined set of Power BI reports. These sat on top of a data model designed to work with both the current and future club management systems.
What changed
- Reporting moved from monthly and quarterly to daily
- Reports became faster to produce and easier to use
- No disruption to reporting during the system migration
- Teams had access to up-to-date information as part of daily operations
